Looking at my vision, there are a few goals that I want to achieve. I want to become more aware of how to design with other cultures in mind, I want to learn how to manage funds for a project, and I want to look into what needs there are in developing countries.

The first two goals I can achieve by following certain electives, I have looked at the electives 'Intercultural design' and 'Introduction to business design'. To broaden my vision I intend to talk to people with similar visions, I want to talk to missionaries from church to see what needs they find when they are in these countries and I am interested in the studies 'International developing studies'. I want to talk to people who study this, and I am thinking about whether it would fit me to follow courses for my minor.

I also want to grow in my design process. I now have a hypothesis about how a design process should look and I intend on testing this hypothesis in my next project.

Finally, I want to continue growing in my role within a team. With every project, I am getting more competent and confident in working with a team, by keeping track of this and evaluating the process I hope to continue growing.
